Great Protection for Slabs
I have used Lighthouse Interceptor slab boxes for about a decade. They appear to give me great protection as I have had no issues with them at all. Much preferred over non-Intercept boxes. Worth every penny. All the slabs I wanted to store fit with no problems.

Indeed it doesn't seem much
It's a nice sturdy paper box with glossy exterior and black interor but as other buyers said, I can't tell if it does anything except for storage. I expected some kind of a dark foam or something like there is in the Intercept capsules and also some dividers to hold the slabs but it's just an empty box.

A lot left to be desired.
Where to start? Is it a coated cardboard box? Yes. Is the box made in China? Yes. Does the product description state either of those facts? No. Is the lining a porus copper material? Well, the technology was patented in the 1980's by John Franey and has since expired. You're trusting whatever manufacturer produces these on that assertion. The product I received arrived with the lining falling off. The lining is attached to the cardboard by hot hide glue (which turns hard as it cures). If the contact surfaces are not held together sufficiently during that curing time, it will turn hard and brittle, not something that goes well with coated cardboard which is flexible. Since there's no secure way to close the box, you're relying on grip pressure and suction to hold the top in place. Pros are that the box universally fits graded coins and that I was able to get a refund for the defective product. It's very hard to find a universal graded coin holder, use your judgement and trust the critical reviews.

The Rolls Royce of coin boxes
I hadn't really thought that I'd need more than some plain cardboard boxes for my coin collection, but I've been pleasantly surprised by this box and haven't wanted to use anything else. The scalloped box sides make it very easy to grab a slab in the middle of the stack, and the little foam dividers make it easy to keep everything under control. Since there aren't little slats to keep each slab apart, putting thick slabs in this box isn't a problem.

Fancy Cardboard
It’s just a cardboard box with some felt glued in. Actually held 60 slabs. With the divider in the middle.

Basic but sufficient
Gets the job done! Nothing fancy but it will protect your coins and is sturdy.

Good product and very handy but it could of been better if its made of plastic rather the paper . To protect my valuable coins from moisture strong carded materials not really the best, it is well made and sturdy though.
