All Natural Wonder organic extra virgin coconut oil
This coconut oil is great. Its light to cook with and it really makes seafood taste great its not at all like other cooking oil which is heavy and can taste greasy. The coconut taste is very light. Does not smother the taste of food. I also tried it on my skin and hair. Its really nice and smooth and you only need a very tiny amount and it goes far.
