This is a fabulous vacuum. It works well, and is easy to use. The corded option allows you to vacuum your entire house without having to worry about a dead battery! The ability to drop down is wonderful for vacuuming under furniture without killing your back or crawling on the floor. I had to hunt this one down after my previous (exact same model) was destroyed by my dog!

This Refurbished vacuum came packaged and clean just as if it were brand new. The only way of telling was the cord had been rewrapped differently (but very neatly) and the twist ties looked used. But the vacuum itself was in tip top condition. This thing is lightweight, (yes, there is more weight at the top, but even with my arthritis I have no problem handling this vacuum) and has the suction power like my canister Dyson. I love the bendable arm for going under furniture (And this REALLY works) and for folding in half to store. Once it's bent in half there is a handle to carry it around. The 30 ft cord means I only have to change outlets 2 times while vacuuming my 1500 sq ft house. The debris cup is a bit small when you have pets, but it empties easy enough and you don't have to take the whole vac or even part of it to the trash can. The cup snaps off for easy emptying. I also love that the head is powered so this thing picks up everything. Be careful on hard surfaces though if the head is spinning things like cat litter can go flying to the other side of the room so just turn off the rotator and the suction is just as good. I have to hold down edges of lightweight throw rugs just like I do my full size dyson or the vac will suck them right up. I love that the first metal filter is washable and easy enough to brush it off with your hand. I haven't read the direction yet, so am not sure if I have to buy the fabric filters but so far I've just brushed off the pet hair and if it starts to look bad I take my shop vac and vacuum the super fine dust out of it and it looks like brand new again. The lights on the powerhead and the handheld dustbuster when detached are awesome. There are dust particles and cat hair I can't see without those lights. I hope they never burn out. So far everything about this vacuum is 5 stars. I highly recommend buying refurbished. I don't see the point in a brand new one if the refurbished ones come looking brand new. Who ever is cleaning this up and repackaging them is doing a fantastic job.

This is perfect for a small place. The cord is long enough where you can find a central plug and just about reach the any place. The folding and bending tube makes storage and getting under furniture easy! The motor is noisy but the suction is strong. The bare floor attachment and corner/brush attachment are handy. The light on the base and the powered carpet roller light the path and cleaning area well. The filters work great! The removable dust cup makes it a snap to empty. I purchased a used/renewed one and I think that it was just an open box. For a few bucks more I bought a protection plan. The only issue I have with this is that unless it is folded over it will not stand on its own so you have to be careful or it is likely this will fall over and crack since it is made of plastic.

I absolutely loved this vacuum. Loved the lights; suction was amazing; one side of the roller brush comes closer to the wall so its kind of an edger. I occasionally clean friend's houses, so I have used quite a few different vacuums including a dyson stick. In my opinion, it works better than the Dyson, especially for picking up crumbs and since the brush roller is power-driven, it fluffs carpet up so nicely. The cord it amply long to fit in my house too. Some revewers said it was heavy, but I am a small person and I have not found it cumbersome. I have had it for several months now and my opinions are the same. HOWEVER, two days after the warranty expired, I noticed that the joint was cracked on the stick part. TWO days, I know! I hadn't used it for a week or two because we were at the lake, so I know it must've been cracked before the warranty expired. So sad! I can't seem to find any replacement part for it either! That's why I gave it 4 stars. Information is greatly appreciated!!

I'm surprised at the condition of purchasing a refurbished unit. After reading reviews I decided I had nothing to lose, and would give it a try. I have a cleaning business and was beyond tired of lugging my Shark Navigator around. I've tried many different vacuums and many different brands. Shark has always out did others by far. This Shark Rocket is amazing. It's so lightweight I had to keep checking to see if it was even picking anything up...it was. It's compact, transports easily and is easier on my back and wrist. All of this without losing the suction of a typical Shark. The only two things that I'm not so thrilled about are that it won't stand on its own, unless the handle/wand is folded down, and the attachments do not attach to the vacuum. Which I can deal with, but they could have came in a bag of some sort that you can easily attach to the vacuum. Overall though, I couldn't have been more pleased with this purchase.

I am the happiest camper ever, I ordered this for my hard wood and throw rugs and decided on the renewed product since the price was so great and reviews were amazing. I received my Shark yesterday and it was brand new everything in tack and works amazing. It took minutes to figure out and put together and then my husband wanted to look at the functions. Next thing I know hes cleaning the whole house Couches and all..Love this vacuumI have been a Shark an Ninja customer for many years and this vacuum stands the test 5 Stars all the way. It is a bit heavy if you are looking for a lightweight hand held but it has super amazing suction power and the adjustments are so easy to use while not slowing your vacuum time down. We were shocked to see how well it did on the hardwood floors. This is my find of the Year !!!
