More Than Gourmet Jus De Volaille Classic Roasted Turkey Demi-glace, 1.5 Oz

When I'm cooking a special meal that calls for demiglace, I love to use these products (I also have the veal). It is super concentrated and blends very easily into any sauce. It certainly beats hours and hours of reduction. It may be a little pricey, but well worth it! I highly recommend it for special menus.

This is a wonderful additive for any Thanksgiving turkey gravy. I always add some of this when I’m making the gravy. It just adds the depths and deliciousness and richness of it. I love these smaller packets because I can use it up pretty quickly and always re-order more as I need it. This also means I don’t have to spend hours making a single demi-glacé

I have used this product for several years. It isn't easy to find so I'm very glad it is sold on Amazon. I use it to make all kinds of gravies. If I'm going to go to the trouble to make one I want the flavor to be deep and rich. Without exception, I have found that this product delivers just what I like. My family and friends certainly seem to be very happy with the results as well.

Lends a lot of flavor to sauces

better then jars or can turkey gravy’s like versions but, lacking on flavor some if you want to make it more like a gravy than a gel like demi-glace. a small container says makes 4 servings of glace but, it is more like two servings at our house since it is too bland at current serving/water ratio. to me this small size is good for making a small amount of quick gravy like glace for sandwiches/etc for two people on rare occasions.. you will need the bigger 16oz container for like a once a week use, that is what size we buy for beef recipes (their classic french demi-glace) and it stays good in fridge for months.thick paste is hard to work with btw, doesn’t dissolve quickly so a lot of time when pan is too hot, the water evaporates before i can get all the paste mixed into it and i have to add more water..

This is an unbelievably great product. Add just a small amount to really pick up the flavor on a gravy. It can be used for lots of purposes especially gravy or soup. It stays good for a long time in the refrigerator.

You don't need to share this "secret ingredient" with anyone! Shhhh!

The flavor was bland and really did not anything good to my gravy. Very disappointed.
